Before opening his restaurant in Villeneuve, Paul Turrian was an "Executive Chef" for over 15 years at the world renowned "Palace Hôtel" in Gstaad (Switzerland). Later he was general manager of the "Broc Hôtel-Restaurant," and in 1984 he was appointed director of the acclaimed "Hosteria Suiza" in Veracruz (Mexico), a renowned gastronomic landmark. |
